1. We ask that you complete the website survey to get a basic idea of your project.

2.  We will give you a basic quote based off your answers and set up an appointment to talk on the phone or in person to get a more detailed description.

3.  At our first appointment, we may go over the site demo to show the various features and structure your website can offer. We will ask further questions to determine your vision for the website. We may ask you to review our color/font chart to understand your preferences.  At this time, we should be able to confirm a more accurate quote at which time we will ask for a 25% deposit.

4.  We will then take our gathered information and create your website.  We will update you on a regular basis on the status of the site.  We may contact you with questions and feedback.  You are welcome to contact us during this process as well. 

5. Once we have a basic website with the majority (if not all features) up we will contact you for a site approval meeting.  You will have a chance to review your site and critique. We strongly urge you to provide us with as much feedback/questions/comments so that we can provide the site you envision.  We will also request you complete a list of keywords for search engines.  Upon approval, we will ask for the next 25% deposit.

6.  We will take your feedback and complete the site. We may publish the site or wait for your final approval based on your request.  We will submit the site to the major search engines upon receipt of your keyword list.

7. Our next meeting will be to go over the site thoroughly and have you critique.  If we need to make further changes, we will and publish if it has not already been done.  We will provide you with a marketing packet of information and briefly discuss marketing your site.  We may also discuss maintenance plans.

8.  We will continue to make minor changes/edits/testing of your site for 30days after our last meeting.  At this time we will contact you to inform you that your site is complete. Any changes after such time are subject to payment.  We will also ask for the final 50% deposit.

The timeframe of completion is dependent on the size and nature of your project. We will work promptly to have your site up and running, but in so doing we will need your full participation. This is not necessarily a big component, but basic questions we may ask can be critical in creating your site and we ask that you work in a timely manner to respond.  If you have any questions or would like further information, please contact us.
